酒店非常不错，重点表扬前台员工Kyrie小姜，及时帮我解决了很多出行问题。酒店服务人员彬彬有礼，前台的Sara小姐姐也很棒，还有Helen姐姐。房间略微干燥，但是有加湿器，很不错，还是小米的。我喜欢大堂的香味，闻起来很高大上。很棒，很棒，非常棒🏆🏆

新酒店，都很好。枕头也特别舒服，热水龙头也很大。大堂有个读书角 有很多不错的小说。前台的max很热情，服务也很好

总体来说入住感受还是不错的，特别是前台小哥Max服务非常热情，由于我行李比较多，小哥特别周到的帮我拿行李，办入住也很满意。房间内也不错就是稍微有点热。唯一不满意的就是这个早餐，真是太不怎么样了，品类太少，味道也不怎么样，真的建议出一个不加早餐的房价，省下的钱我自己出去吃也比这个强。

1、晚上想点一个可乐，打电话到前台说没有，点的外卖，下去取得时候看见了图片一，正常情况应该告知客人一楼可以自动售卖。
2、两个假日挨在一起，让客人在外面折腾两圈没吃上饭，毫无管理，还无法第一时间解决。投诉到洲际，酒店的解决方案毫无诚意，一直解释原因。
3、位置不方便。

太棒的入住体验了，感谢前台Snow，Nelly，带来专业热情的办理入住的体验。酒店内部环境温馨且便利，入住后居住体验也是非常的好，最后也感谢前台Nikiki.Yoyo 带来的便捷迅速的退房体验。真的是一次非常完美的入住感受了。
