酒店座落在人民广场周边，紧邻重庆路，购物、餐饮都非常便利。酒店周边有多条公交线路，地铁就在楼下，出行非常方便。房间干净整洁，虽然窗外的温度已降到-12°，但房间内很暖和。早餐比较丰富，菜的品种多，且每天都换新品种，餐厅服务员非常勤快。前台服务员业务熟练。10层餐厅的饭菜质量有待提高。
