酒店的设施略显陈旧，本来不是很满意。但是两位贴身管家（张廷、曾玉凤）的服务还是挺让人感动，得知我有点咳嗽，特地送了份银耳汤过来，非常感谢。

第一次入住到长春国盛大酒店，从入住到房间的那一刻就看到温馨的留言卡片和欢迎水果，因为我们到店很晚，没有看见管家，第二天管家又亲自拜访体现酒店的温馨服务让我很是感动，我的管家张福荣经理，下次还会再来
