服务员特别热情，我们一家三个人住的订了大床房，特地给我们加床，超级好，就是卫生间设施有点不是很好，马桶有点松动，，卫生还是可以的，总体不错比较好

每次来长春都住在宝铂酒店，整体环境卫生很好，尤其房间所有用品高档且干净。酒店服务人员素质高有礼貌，特别值得表扬的是前厅两位工作人员（石光、王洪新）

酒店服务很周到，有免费的水果，牛奶，附近吃饭也很方便，虽然酒店在装修，但是不影响休息，临走时还免费邀请我们品尝酒店的早餐，虽然菜品不够丰富，但是心意满满，下次来长春还会选择住在这里。
