房间的枕头一股头油味。当晚入住的两位前台态度不好，要我在前台付钱，然后也没有优惠，我就在携程上付的钱，可能是因为没有在前台付钱，所以态度不好。但是收拾房间的服务人员态度很好。八点左右退房时，发现前台的桌面上有烟灰和毛毛，一言难尽啊！总之体验感不好。
