  第一次到长春，选择了入住凯悦，説实话，在这冰雪之城的宾馆，尽管价格稍贵（1180元/天），但在房间提供了加湿器，对于南方人来讲是十分之贴心。本人吸烟，订的是可抽烟房间，如果有台空气净化器就好了。提个建议而已。 因为飞机要晚上9点，抱着试探的心情与前台Wimie小姐商量：希望退房时间延迟到下午四点，没想到Wimie小姐同意了，在此再一次感谢前台Wimie小姐。

  酒店位置便利，房间乾净整洁，床品舒适睡得香。服务人员热情周到，性价比超高，下次还来！ 这次入住体验超棒，房间采光好无异味，早餐种类丰富可口。工作人员响应及时，值得推荐！ 酒店环境安静不吵闹，设施齐全且维护得好，衞生状况无可挑剔。服务贴心，整体很满意！

  酒店位置无敌，在市中心位置。门口就是地铁，对面就是万象城，斜对面是小童公园，旁边的牡丹园雪景太美了。离小朋友可以玩的动植物园和南湖公园都非常近。房间很大，设计非常合理。谢谢帮我安排了很好的窗。最满意的是房间暖气很合理，保持在23.5到24之间，是非常舒适的温度。消除了我最大的担忧，来之前看到很多説东北酒店室内很闷热，不习惯，对于非常怕闷的我很忐忑，还好凯悦这一点做的非常好，而且空调可以自己调配。还有所有的服务人员也令我印象深刻，从前台到宾客服务到客房打扫的大姐都非常非常专业，房间打扫得非常乾净，叫外面也非常方便，送到后很快机器人就能送到房间。前台和大厅工作人员看见我们抱着睡着的孩子回来也马上迎上来问有没有需要帮助。不愧是长春排名第一的五星酒店，非常值得推荐。所以后麪我们又续住了两天。唯一就是早餐有所欠缺，味道也挺好吃，但是不值得一百多一位的价格。

  长春当地朋友推荐的，酒店环境很好，设备设施很新，晚上能看到整个城市的夜景，下了一夜的雪，早上起来白雪皑皑很美。会提前询问住房需求，各岗位的服务人员都非常热情，主动提供帮忙，真的很NICE。
