酒店除了位置好外，其他简直一无是处。10楼可看电视但无宽带，11楼有宽带无电视【只有几个台、其他台看不清】。房间设施老旧，毛巾、枕套黄黑且有味。前台只有一个服务且态度很差，一副爱住不住、不住拉到的模样！
就这样还要180元，简直没天理！

我是十九号入住的长春客运宾馆，到房间打开电视结果电视电源坏的，（应该是插孔接触不良）我打前台的电话，结果她告诉我说刮大风没有电视信号让我将就一宿，我说换房间她说没有了，我就把电视插头换了一个地方插，结果电视能播放了。显而易见她早就知道这个房间电视不好使故意让我住这一的房间，素质及其低下恶劣，对待艺龙订购的客人是这样的，还不给换房间。大床房的被子超级薄，没有空调，这家三星级宾馆简直让我无语，冻的现在感冒还没好。下次坚决不会再去他家的宾馆了

酒店的位置很好，要不是现在长春修火车站出站门不远就是，而且边上就是客运站。屋内的装修比较旧，卫生不错。大堂的服务员态度很好，敬业。早餐相对简单，但是能吃饱。建议早点下楼吃，晚了有些凉。
