酒店位置不错，交通方便，比较好找，但卫生环境一般，单人间太小，洗澡龙头也不好，洗浴门还坏了，服务态度一搬。达不到三星级标准。

空调坏了，但前台还说客房很暖和，简直是骗人。
很冷，服务员都是乡下来的，问周边地点都不知道！还涉外宾馆呢，住的都是和吉大有关的。

服务很不到位，卫星电视坏了没人修，下暴雪的天气修暖气，这不知道这家酒店怎么想的。房间服务基本上需要等30分钟以上
