前台专业程度不够，我因为航班延误要晚到酒店，打电话到酒店希望给我把房留着，结果跟我说不能留，过了时间订单就失效了，一定要我付担保金才可以，我定了两间，一间修改订单付了担保金，另外一间因为飞机起飞来不及修改，结果去了酒店过时的订单仍然可以办理入住，说明根本就没有订单失效一说。浪费我时间，还白付了一间房的担保金
