我感觉没什么坏的也谈不上多好，性价比不高，没有想象的好，结账时送两瓶矿泉水，入住有水果赠送这些是一般五星级酒店才有的服务，但整体环境4星偏下，床品和洗漱用品比一般酒店档次要高些

酒店环境好，很有特色，员工服务非常好，我爱人因吃坏东西得急性肠胃炎，客房部小伙凌晨用自己的车送去医院，并一直陪伴在身边，实在是太感谢了。

接送船的大姐态度真的很不好，迟到二十分钟，也不帮忙开后备箱啥的，我们抱孩子拿行李折腾半天。前台态度倒是非常好，还给升级了房间，大赞！总体来说不错的房间，但是客房服务需要改进，一上午都没有打扫房间，回酒店电话后才打扫的。总之，服务相对于这个房间，差距有点大
