前台服务人员态度极差，本来有房一说携程订房立马说没房，前台问说那直接定呢！服务员说??450一间，我说携程378他说那你定吧！然后另一个服务员就准备关网，意思是携程不能定！结果我还是顶上了，就说那就住吧！很不愉快，拿到房卡准备入住，结果看服务员啊，工人啊，在里面吃饭看电视，然后还说不是满房了吗？怎么还能住，意思好像我们打扰到人家吃饭了，哎呀，想投诉吧！刚在前台知道人家是国企，琢磨投诉也没用啊！换房吧！到前台说了情况给换了房间，我说不是没房吗？人家都没搭理我，国企就是国企，态度真不一样！进房间了，就看见洗漱台上还有烟头呢！哎呦我去！啥也不说了，我也是生不起气了！写到携程的意思是希望大家定这个酒店千万做好心理准备！那服务员就跟上辈子我杀了他全家似的！那脸跟驴有一拼！我迫想知道我怎么投诉啊！

预定后，酒店按排住在一楼，太潮湿。而且厕所的整个防水有问题，整个房间一股霉味。
