我们住的是副楼05和20的两间房，订的是标准间，办理入住的时候，前天问几个人，答:三个。前台:要不给你升级个大床房吧！好的，谢谢啦！我说。结果给我们安排的是最后边杂物间旁，窗户就是杂物间！这还不算，两个房间打开，一股霉味扑面而来，没有热水，就打电话给前台，他们说，热水多放放，就好了。放了20多分钟，还是温的，结果就是白白浪费的多少水！味道就是那样，打开窗户通通风。房间的窗户是封死的好不好！根本打不开！卫生间倒是有，打开了，霉味没有跑，臭味倒是进来了！早晨起来发现床单上有别人的头发，恶心死了！再说床，其中一个一翻身，咯噔响，一翻身，再咯噔响一下，真真的醉了！住了那么的酒店，没有一个是这样的，看着评论不错，就订了，连最基本的快捷酒店都不入！唯一不错的是这家店挨着人大，停车在人大院里边。常德是个美丽的城市，不间断的来，有这样的辣鸡酒店，真是丢这个城市的人！还说给我免费升级大床房！当时还挺感动的，真是吃了一半苹果，却发现还有半条虫子在动！还让我评分，怎么评？
