1、开车一天到酒店把洗漱用品一摊开，发现电视机看不了，维修师傅和服务员大姐很热心在修理了半小时但是没有修好。
2、前台就是一句说换房，没有电视看就算了，那就休息吧，在老公郁闷地冲前台表示不满后，晚上十点多来了个人非要强行塞个果盘，快十一点的时候又来敲门说修电视，简直让人崩溃。说给我们优惠30元我们不要行不行，我们已经睡觉了啊不行啊
3、你们前台估计跟店长有仇吧，那态度是毁店长不倦啊！从上一位客人退房到我们入住，最短也有六个小时吧，怎么就不能查下房啊，处理投诉是你们的工作，查房难道不是吗？
4、洗澡的时候发现上一位住客贴了张带粉底的双眼皮贴在浴室里，不管是做卫生的服务员还是领班都没有发现，直到筋疲力尽的我入住去洗澡。

酒店距离常德市步行街很近，干净舒适。开关窗帘都是智能的很方便！淋浴的水很大，洗澡舒服而且边洗还能边欣赏音乐，房间音响连接手机蓝牙还能听音乐！总之很满意，下次有机会还会入住！
