前台服务态度很差！！！前台办入住和退房速度与速度慢的跟b一样。一开始我订错了午夜房，当时我取消之后重新订，我怕艺龙那边回执单打得太慢耽误时间，我直接打电话给艺龙客服让客服跟酒店前台说立马给我办入住。艺龙客服都说已经收到订单，只是传单需要等一会，让给我办入住。还装*，说一定要走什么程序！奉劝你们酒店还是别放艺龙平台了，省的你们麻烦！！最后要说的是，房间一般。门还打不开，叫楼层阿姨开了两次房门。故意的么？？？？到最后我发现一个问题，越是穷地方，小县城，房间无论卫生，价格，服务态度都跟不上大一点的地方。越好的地方，住的性价比越高。除了北京！！！！当然，我也很讨厌北京。
