酒店卫生差，打开房门就有一股很浓的烟味。前台服务相当差，我在携程订房并付款 。前台非得要我取消订单后在酒店付费，然后已过了取消时间，还说别人在网上订房后都是在酒店取消后给现金前台，第一次入住那样的酒店，遇到这样的前台我真是无语！
