房间特别大，装修不错，很舒服。早餐太一般。服务意识不强，因清明节入住，小孩脚上有泥弄污了毛巾，一个部长说洗不干净了要赔毛巾，三条毛巾170元。只是洗涤时比较难洗，加收些洗涤费才比较合理吧？最后收了80元。给钱没问题，只是过程和态度让人难接受。服务行业这种服务已经落后了。
