酒店设施一般，入住时告诉我们预定的房间没有了，让我觉得极不诚信，经过交涉，安排了两间带牌桌的大床房，烟味很重，另外，房价比我预定的贵了20元一间，事情虽然不过大，但我觉得同程应该考虑与这样的酒店合作，会影响同程的声誉，希望下次再也不要遇到这种事。
