酒店离文理学院近，位置比较好，周边吃饭购物也比较方便。老酒店，设置较陈旧，空调和电视是后来重新装的，效果不错，电脑完全用不成。服务中规中矩，优势在于性价比，房间比较宽敞，在市中心来说，房价还是较低的。

以前来常德出差总住这里，连续好几年，就是因为办事的地方近。这次是一年多后过来，没成想酒店酒店还是原来的酒店，服务却不是原来的服务了。首先说早餐，现在的早餐除了米粉或者面条外基本没啥了，也就是有东西吃而已。房间墙纸脱落，异味重。更可怕的是被套床单竟然会没换，被套反面有上明显的鞋印，床单睡一晚身上被咬好几个包。唉，以后我还怎么信赖你呢？
