位置和环境没得说，非常好👍在房间就可以欣赏到柳叶湖的美景。各种设施也还算齐全，早餐的种类不够丰富，但也算是兼顾了各种口味，美中不足的是个别服务人员的沟通方式需要调整一下。

度假型酒店，酒店大堂前有一片面积很大的园林，本身就是一个公园。背后是柳叶湖度假区，景色很美又很安静，是一个可以让人沉淀放松下来的地方。进到房间，玄关处的大花瓶让我印象深刻。房间带有一个阳台，向外就可看到柳叶湖。卫生间超级大，但也有点小问题，顶喷花洒出水量很小。这次体验了酒店游泳池，水很干净，感觉池子大小都快赶上标准游泳池了。泳池很棒是亮点。

虽然入住的时候下雨，但是在酒店也感觉很舒适。听听雨声，看看窗外的园景，也很惬意！酒店不错，服务也比较周到，房间也不错，整体性价比很高！值得推荐来常德柳叶湖玩耍的朋友们入住！

第一次入住该酒店，风景确实很好，三天两晚的感受都非常好。离店时小孩因调皮不慎掉入了喷泉池中，好在及时抱起没有呛水，酒店方看到后马上拿来浴巾包裹，为酒店的服务点赞！
