澧县本地的一些很没素质的当地人住店，走廊里被炒得如农贸市场，打电话投诉前台，几次都没得到解决，健身房服务差劲，很LOW 。

早上大意丢了手包，里面有5000元现金及若干证卡。最后在一楼早餐收银处完好无缺找回。为酒店服务员拾金不昧的行为点赞！
