酒店硬件绝对不差。但在服务上与发达地区五星酒店有差距。一、作为五星酒店退房时还要查房明显让顾客有不信任感觉。二、前台服务不主动，客人走到柜台前服务员很冷漠，并不以微笑对待。三、我向前台要张停车票，前台随手将票放在柜台转角并一口咬定给我，我最后打开钱包给他看并未拿到才发现票在转角处，但前台一句道歉也没有。四、入住当天房间温度达二十五度，要求酒店调低温度，来了服务员调了一下告知己调到二十度，凌晨四点被热醒发现房间温度仍是二十五度。每个顾客对温度要求不一样，酒店这种服务让顾客无法很舒服的休息。希望酒店对上述建议予以重视并在实践中解决。
