我是凌晨快2点到的酒店，午夜房180，到酒店之前，美团买了这个230的 前台还没确认 后来来到前台 看到午夜180的牌子 就问前台 她理都不理 就把订单确认了 后来再继续问她 说可不可以换午夜房 她假装没听到的 继续没理 这个服务态度 绝了
