一般只要过的去，我从不差评，这是空调的声音，一晚上简直是折磨，我也没有打算在网上留言。但是退房的时候去开发票，前台说要问问经理，然后扭头问旁边几米远的一个工作人员，旁边的工作人员直接说：“让他在哪订的去哪儿开，我们不管！”离的这么近，我不是聋子，我也没想过要宾至如归，前台没有笑脸我忍了，但你这个解答方式是你们酒店服务礼仪培训出来的吗？我是花钱住店，不是求你收留，以后不会再住你家，连国内维也纳这个连锁都不会再考虑！
