酒店诚信度个人觉得不好,到了前台办入住时,说是没艺龙的网上订单,年底不接受网上订单,没得到通知,叫我打电话艺龙去艺龙取消订单,然后再帮我办入住,后来在艺龙人员的沟通后同意办入住,但当我再次到前台后又说是要原价入住是RMB308,而我明明订的是RMB298,再一次艺龙人员交涉后我成功入住了,但我发现洗手间没有抽风机,冲澡后水直接从洗手间流干区,整个一个小池塘,叫服务员处理干净,给了RMB20 TIPS,这是住酒店经验中最差的一次，但要给艺龙跟进人员大好评,谢谢你们的跟进与处理，新年快乐！！！
