位置不错很好找，停车位有限，房间内可以看到沅江和日出，清扫及时，早餐有点简陋，wifi需要反复认证并关注一系列不相关的app，卫生还不错，前台服务态度好。

虽然没有看到星级牌牌，却能看出酒店是4星级规模，位置好，能看到沅江和日出；房间内设施卫生服务都比比较到位，前台服务态度很好，客房里的保险箱不错，设置简单保密性强，就是重量轻了点，卫生间里设置了两个厕纸架，不知什么意思。
说几点不足：没有免费瓶装水，早餐品种不多，口味一般般，米粉是常德的特色，但需要问服务员才给送，为什么不能在餐厅现场制作呢？没有送餐和洗衣也不像星级酒店应有的服务；房间内的电子秤不知是电池问题还是什么原因，误差太大；WIFI需要反复认证，关注其他不相关的app；时不时的还总掉线，希望能加以改善。
