超级差劲的酒店????????木屋非常简陋，隔音非常差！！楼下说话都听的一清二楚更别说走路了！！可恶的是入住酒店还要收景点门票钱才给进！！艺龙的客服态度可恨！！总之对艺龙失望至极！！！！！

硬件没得挑。正逢春节高峰后出游，服务人员整体倦怠，尤其是迎宾和餐厅服务非常失水准。跟酒店投诉，送了果盘和卡通玩具，第二天餐厅服务明显提升。有点儿无语。

酒店仿唐朝建筑，有大唐芙蓉园的风格，恢宏霸气，酒店大堂观海景特别棒，房间硬件设施比较好，但还没全建好。就是棋子湾地方太偏僻，没地方吃饭，酒店的中餐厅菜价太贵，贵过蜈支洲岛的珊瑚酒店了，不过，酒店的早餐有五星级的标准。
