  希望棋子湾家园度假酒店，设施很好，环境也挺好，服务人员态度也热情，但是工作质量差一点，退房以后没有把我们的信息退出来，以至于第二天到另外一个酒店登录不进去，希望改进。

  和朋友再次来到了棋子湾，酒店房间舒适，还赠送了特色小礼品和水果，房间里面还有冰箱和洗衣机，前台的小姐姐特别热情的介绍了棋子湾景点的特色。非常棒出行

  之前看评价说不是很好，可是我还是想看看棋子湾礁石海滩的特点，所以还是开车带父母来了。礁石海滩很有特色，从房间下去还是要走泰式风格景观才能到达海边，漫步在花园中，景色独好！

  非常好的度假酒店，很适合度假，有冰箱，有整体电磁灶和消毒柜，有洗衣机，阳台很大，环境安静，花香鸟语。服务很好，早餐按约定时间送到房间，退房后有东西未拿，前台立即打来电话，十分感谢。一个适合多住几天度假的酒店。
