原来分配八楼的房间，门禁竟然没电，刷卡一点反应都没有。前前后后一个多小时，都没人来修。直到我们去前台换房了，才见人来换电池。第一次遇到这种速度的酒店。
比较好的是酒店有到长乐机场的免费穿梭巴士，很便捷。房间设施ok，性价比尚可。

开完房上来发现门卡开不了门，打电话给前台，过了十来分钟才有阿姨那钥匙来帮我们开门，之后一小时也没人过来修门。想着可能人手不足，出门回来再看看吧！谁知道老婆漏了手机和钱包在房里，再想找阿姨过来开门，却说门锁没电了，要工程部找人来才能开。最后过了二十分钟也没有搞定。最后跑去前台要求换房。
为什么这么简单的问题要来回折腾顾客呢?为什么服务人员不能考虑多一点呢？
或者是我要求太高了吧！

除了离机场近，有班车来回，其它没什么优势。班车也不是这个酒店的专线，还要接沿途另外一个酒店的客人。班车司机服务很不好，不提供及时的行程信息，也不帮助客人把行李箱放到车上，他仅仅就是负责开车。酒店房间气味不小，建议地毯清洗干净。
