硬软件有待提高，房间衞生标准还是比较低的。厕所地上都是印渍分不清是水渍还是尿渍，气味怪怪的

出差来住的，上回价格超标准没住上，这回看价格降了点，果断预订了，前台帮升级了套房，客厅厨房卧室衞生间应有尽有，非常好，下次价格超预算的时候给个折扣吧。

I have been staying at this hotel for 4-5 months now (for work) and it has been a very good experience.
The rooms are always very clean. The cleaning lady would come to clean every day.
The staff is always especially helpful. Thank you Anna for helping me so many time! :)

17号入住长沙县馨乐庭公寓酒店，时间有点晚了 客服小姜小美女耐心的给介绍了不同价格的几个房间 按我们的住房要求推荐了合适的房型 并给升级了套房 非常满意又续住了几天 入住体验超级超级棒????????????退房后前台发现有没有带走的物品 马上电话联系，再次谢谢！会推荐给我的朋友们馨乐庭公寓酒店

房间很温馨 带了狗子 非常友好 加收100宠物清洁费感觉很值 两室的房间花了600床很大 早餐煮粉的阿姨非常好 给推荐得粉很好吃 美中不足厨房下水反味 厨房衞生不太好哦

走进大堂感受到很温馨的休息区也多，前台非常的亲切办理入住也很快～这家酒店之前和家人一起来住过的，这次来体验感依旧很棒！
设施：设施都挺齐全，还有几乎全新的厨具餐具方便煮饭
据説这家酒店是允许带宠物入住的，会跟带宠物出游的朋友推荐这家酒店！

首次入住，带着家人和宝宝入住，刚进房间整体感觉良好，第二天洗澡，发现一只很大的蟑螂??，瞬间吓得跳起来，就在衞生间，毛巾浴巾都挂在旁边，跟前台反应，前台告知晚上比较晚了，如果需要可以换个房间，可是我的宝宝已经入睡，如何换房间？第二天退房，值班经理出来道歉，告知这种蟑螂的情况令他们也很苦恼，不能完全解决，因为每个房间管道是互通的??
退房时问前台，之前预付按金哪时候退回？服务员説估计几个小时，到现在已经9个小时过去了……
