Super fast pickup service, great checking in.. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Although an airport hotel, going into the city was a breeze on the metro. Plenty of food options around, with a night market nearby. Transport back to hotel was also easy. Fully recommended

我们6日入住长沙贵酒店，受到001号小妹的热情接待，给我们安排好小朋友可以看飞机的房间，交待清楚第二天早上送机的车辆，前台和楼层服务员及时给我们的娃送来拖鞋和牙刷。7日一早专车按时送我们到机场客运大楼。感谢维也纳酒店的周到服务！

飞机到点比较晚了，临时定的，离机场不远，走过去不方便，打车距离比较近呢，出租车司机又不愿意载客。好在酒店有接送机服务，打个电话就来接了，第二天也是酒店送过去到机场。
谢谢前台小许美女深夜为我办理check-in ，特地为我升级了套房，住起来很舒服。
