司机小哥和前台两位美女都很热情，还帮忙升级了房型，手恰好受伤了小姐姐马上就提供了创可贴。房间乾净整洁，布草和毛巾看着还蛮新的，周边环境也很安静。自助洗衣房可以智能看进度很方便。早餐推荐拌粉，特好吃，米糕也很香，汉庭算是我在黄花机场附近住过的酒店里同规格里住的最舒心的，价格也合适

为了赶飞机订下的酒店，没想到给了我们一个惊喜，酒店地理位置方便，离奥特莱斯很近，步行就可以前往。酒店装修简约明亮舒适，房间也很大，工作人员热情专业，送机非常及时，下次来长沙还住！

司机师傅接机接得特别快 效率很高 这个汉庭3.5果然装修就是很干净高级 莫兰迪配色也特别舒服 房间很整洁简约 住的特别舒服 前台服务态度特别好 受伤了呼叫前台马上就叫机器人送上了创可贴和碘伏 下次住机场附近还是会考虑这里的！

Great location only if one need to catch a flt next day, otherwise no amenities or attractions nearby. Rooms were clean n functional. Breakfast was not bad/acceptable. Free airport shuttle (hourly only) n on-site self service laundry was great.

前厅大厅的装修简单的设计师风格，特别是我喜欢的风格，房间里面的颜色搭配大气。交通也很方便，还有免费的接送机服务，早餐也是很丰富，中西结合，还有长沙特色的米粉。还有豆花咸甜都可以。
