看介绍是按四星级标准，结果入住，地毯上全是头发还有烟灰，感觉可脏， 完全可以住别的酒店同等价格的。

什么都是收费的，拖鞋和洗漱用品全部收费，没有免费的，早餐不好吃。关键是歧视艺龙的定单客户，不给开发票，如果开票100元收15元税金。也不知道是谁给他们定的，投诉后马上无条件给开了。房间倒是宽敞，酒店就是居民楼，感觉在家里一样！
