项目位置挺好，去大学城比较方便，但是不知道是不是网上预定原因，与网络图片相差较大，主要是房间设施，整体设施较破旧。床上卫生还不错

环境还可以 感觉地理位置还是挺优越的 去步行街火车站什么的都很方便 我们每晚沿着橘子洲大桥走回来 看着湘江风光 特别美的夜景 就是感觉酒店卫生还需要再提高 也不免费提供洗漱用品 地板有些破裂了 所以还有待改善 总体这个价位的话 在十一黄金周 是物有所值了。

我是带儿子去参加麓山国际初中插班考试的，看了离学校比较近就订了。可以太让人失望了！第一：卫生特差。我亲眼所见卫生员用一个圆形的刷子刷了马桶里面，又用这个刷子刷马桶坐垫，我马上制止，她却说，我们都是这么洗的。我晕！然后打前台电话，要他们用消毒剂消毒，可是根本没有！！第二：我要发票，前台MM给我一张根本就没有金额打印痕迹的发票，我要求重打，她怎么说也不同意，还说我也是有单位的人，怎么怎么的，后来我说要举报她，才重新打了一张。
