酒店前台、经理服务态度差，1、订的双标，变加硬床，问原因还说没原因，还说要顾客可以换酒店；2、入住时，关于退房时间、房间的用品之类的没有说明，退房时样样说要扣钱；3、酒店WIFI极差，关了门，房间里就没网；4、至于用餐，订的是有含双早的，入住时没有说用餐时间，早上8点多点去吃早餐，就说过了用餐时间了。如果这间酒店不是开在学校里，如果那个地方不是很偏僻，估计这样的酒店不会有人住。

虽然入住前遇到点小麻烦有点不开心，但是不得不说酒店前台工作人员服务态度很好，酒店入住也很舒适。很满意
