客观评价：
1.位置确实偏，周围没有吃饭的地方和超市
2.酒店隔音确实很差，仔细观察了，酒店房间不是墙，是木工板隔的，所以隔音很差
3.酒店洗漱用品全部自费，确实不方便
4.卫生确实不怎么好，大冬天还能看到小强
5.卫生间洗漱池的水很小，要等好久才有热水
6.唯一可以的是空调还行，电视还能看
