位置好，出门就是坡子街，但是很难找，是个公寓，而且大堂都没有。还好位置不错，还可以看到湘江夜景。

酒店就在湘江边海信大厦公寓楼楼上，位置方便，且窗外就是湘江和橘子洲，风景特别好，楼下就是坡子街，火宫殿，所以逛街餐饮都很方便。
因为是公寓式酒店，估计用的就是地产商的精装修，所以比较简单，住过这种公寓的人都知道，前台和房间都不在一个楼层，当然这个不是问题。
房间总体不错，家具比较简陋，由于是新的所以还没坏，电线则是到处乱拉，老板显然不是处女或者摩羯座的。
拖鞋没有一次性的，我支持环保所以也不用，但是提供的拖鞋都很脏就是了。
本来一切都好，但是热水器严重漏水，去上厕所不小心没发现，整个座圈都是水滴，应该不会漏电吧？希望能去修修。有图为证

墙纸脱落，房间有异味，所谓江景，只是透过一个小小的、玻璃很脏的窗户看湘江！房间里面要啥没啥，就是租了华远国际公寓的房子，再高价转租给散客，一楼连个前台都没有，随便找了一间房间摆了几台电脑就叫做前台了，里面烟味，臭味，啥都有！如果是情侣出游的话千万别订这家店，会让你毫无心情！！

这个公寓是没有前台，到了商场也不知道怎么到这个酒店，没有免费停车位，停车特别贵（一天一百多）接待人员对周边配套设施一无所知。希望加强对服务人员多培训下。
