进来的时候看到房间的床上有头发丝，也是知道很多酒店不会换被套，想想也就没给别人麻烦，后面洗完澡后发现躺着浑身痒才打电话给前台，我本身有丘疹性皮炎，对螨虫十分敏感， 前台一口咬定说是肯定换过的，连续打了三个电话，前台都是推诿，说重新换被单被套要30块洗涤费，我交的房费不是钱么？
