我只想说艺龙网如何将此酒店评价上4.8分的，其他酒店都有提供免费拖鞋，洗漱用品，矿泉水，这里倒好，提供的都是收费的，你提供收费的但是也要提供不收费的吧。收费是唯一的，那你还不如提高酒店费用，希望艺龙还有酒店那边给到一个解释。第二，床单本来就是要洗的，我们弄脏了一些难道就需要洗漱费用，难道你们平常都不洗的吗？那请你给我们你们酒店的卫生安全检查合格证。第三，我的物品我非常确认我落在酒店了，给前台打了电话让他们给看，没有任何一点反应，就说给我回复，可是问了2天了还是没有任何答复，希望艺龙能够将此类问题解决掉，毕竟我们都还喜欢艺龙APP
