是公寓式的 ，到了看不到酒店的名字，没有前台，只能通过微信联系老板。住进三人一直按2人用品给，通知打扫卫生也是只换个垃圾袋。住了3晚地面没清理过。出租方在客人入住前根本没检查过房间情况是否适合客人住，都是客人发现问题微信通知才有改进。没早餐的。也不给大门卡。很不方便。四星的收费却是无星的服务。太不值了。

配置很齐全（基本配置+冰箱 微波炉 洗衣机 电磁炉） 位置也很好 楼下就是坡子街，拐个弯就是太平街，很适合拖家带口初次到长沙的吃货家族
