酒店位置很好，出地铁站就到了房间卫生也很干净整洁，宽敞精致显大气，特别喜欢他们家的大落地窗，因为窗外的风景很好，能看到沙湾公园的夜景！店内安保做得也很好，有三重门禁，刷卡后才能到达指定楼层，感觉很安全很放心！酒店接待人员服务好，很热情！价格也很合理，推荐入住

房间挺喜欢的，主要就是宽敞，交通方便，卫生也很干净，楼下五十米就是地铁！对面保利mall的美食街实在太赞了，长沙的各种网红美食都有！推荐入住！

天虹CCMaLL楼上非常安全，没有房卡大门进不了，不是本楼层的卡电梯也开不了门。很有安全感，服务态度非常好！总体比较干净卫生

垃圾酒店 12点钟啊姨不敲门就进来 也不打电话 不尊重人，问我续不续房，我说不续，她马上把遮光布打开直接准备清理，然后我直接生气让她出去，还有一点就是，房间和图片不一样，脏乱差，热水不足2分钟，然后床也硬，睡到身体痒，感觉100块的宾馆都比这里好，然后还有就是，喝水也算去消费，体验感极差
