酒店环境和服务非常好，可以和五星级酒店媲美了。房间冰箱只能冷藏，我需要把冰袋冷冻，酒店非常贴心地帮我放在一楼的冰箱里冷冻。

酒店前台服务很好，很热情，房间很新，装修的很有格调，房间性价比很高，作为咖啡主题酒店，楼下的现磨咖啡不错，房间的挂耳式咖啡很新鲜，很满意的一次长沙出差，也遭到了同事的表扬，夸我会订房

很满意！房间温馨，面积很大，最喜欢飘窗！卫生间，洗手台也不错。整个房间给人感觉很温暖！酒店环境、地理位置好，房间卫生很好，有地方停车，住酒店可以免费停车，适合商务人士，这次一家人出游，很好的选择

工业风的装潢，很有特色，楼下就是公交站，离市中心很近，交通方便，周边水果店早餐店，药店等都有。他家的特色是每天每人送一份挂耳咖啡，咖啡很好喝，有专属的咖啡厅。房间内干湿分离，洗澡水量大，温度很好，有机会再来住

小长假出来的，在众多酒店里面挑选的一家，铂涛集团旗下的果然没有让我失望，房间超有feel，卫生做得很干净，淋浴水很大，洗澡感觉像做spa，很舒服，办了个会员卡送了2份早餐，这个很nice，品种也挺多的，以西式为主，带小孩的特别适合，蛋糕、面包、意面，玉米饼都是小朋友爱吃的，另外体验了下他们家的3D拉花咖啡，很有特色，还可以把自己的照片印上去……，整体性价比很高，推荐入住
