酒店美其名曰丽枫酒店，装修差，房间墙纸好些脱落，卫生间明显没打扫干净，房间地面地毯没清理干净。窗子隔音效果差。服务态度生硬。和其它丽枫酒店相比差距很大。要改善硬件和软件。否则，不要说回头客，还会直接影响丽枫的声誉。

已交款定好的所谓豪华大床间，到了前台竟然没有收到订单，酒店房间小的可怜，和网站图片不一致，房间内连拖鞋和晾衣架都没有，不知为什么有那么高分的评论！
