酒店位于岳麓区，离梅溪湖很近，到岳麓山公交车只要两站地很方便。酒店新装修的设备很新，房间舒适整洁，卫生间很大，还有直饮水。电梯需要刷卡感觉很安全。

酒店环境卫生干净整洁，服务态度很好，其中早餐部给我印象很深刻，发生了两件事情，第一，我在同程旅游预订酒店时只给了一张早餐券，然而我去吃早餐的时候我问当日值班经理我随同的还有孩子，她回复我可以说给孩子打包带些上去，当时很感动，觉得这只是一个小小的举动却体现了酒店方面的人员素质与管理。第二，同样也是发生在早餐部，我朋友去吃早餐的时候看见当日一位其他顾客的孩子想吃面条，但是当天的早餐面条有些偏辣，工作人员主动回复顾客“我们可以为孩子单独做一份不辣的面条”。这两件事情真真实实发生。

新开的酒店，比一般的如家好，家庭房三个人睡刚刚好，浴室设备也很棒，该有的都有，就是洗手间味道有点大，然后房间的窗户比较小，排气扇略略不给力，另外就一个电梯也有点少了，不过服务不错，性价比高，值得推荐。送了一份早餐，还是可以哒。
