刚住过杭州的维也纳酒店，就来住这里，确实如其他点评一样，不如前面住过的。定的三人间，设施看上去不是很新，最要命的是我15：40到达，一直等到接近16：30才进入房间，说是房间没准备好。我跟前台说，我又不是两点钟到，你说没准备好还行。前台回复是有的房间四点退房。要不是带着老人孩子，我肯定不等，浪费生命。

带孩子出行，房间真真的好小好小！关键客房服务人员太那个了，我们早上走的匆忙，前晚换下的2件衣服忘在房间里了，第2天打电话过去，居然说没有！怎么可能没有，我们换下来的衣服总不可能凭空消失了吧！

带孩子出行，房间真真的好小好小！关键客房服务人员太那个了，我们早上走的匆忙，前晚换下的2件衣服忘在房间里了，第2天打电话过去，居然说没有！怎么可能没有，我们换下来的衣服总不可能凭空消失了吧！
