设施环境卫生方面还可以，就是安保和服务方面比较差，凌晨3-4点钟还有来敲门。被这样一敲门好气愤，很久都没睡着。过了半个来小时，好不容易迷迷糊糊睡着了，没想到第二次又来了一个敲门的，不理她吧，敲得烦躁，几次被吵醒，我气不过，就大声的假装打了个110。第二天，向总台反应，服务员一边说对不起一边露出诡异的笑，实在气愤。服务方面能提供方便也不为顾客提供方便，退房的时候，总台的一名男服务员手里明明拿着一叠一元的纸币，请求跟他换10元零钞坐公交车都不肯，公交又是自动投币不找零。总之不满意。
