服务特别好，然后电梯是需要刷卡才可以进入到酒店的入住楼层，安全系数很高；所有的外卖都是酒店人员亲自送到房间，全天24小时都有人员在线； 在旅店的时候，我有保洁阿姨确定有没有遗漏东西，然后在确定没有遗漏东西之后 前台会送会送防疫包和水，让大家注意防疫
床也挺舒服，十分的柔软

酒店挺不错的，天气越来越冷了一到前台就有热茶喝，环境好，卫生干净，床铺也很整洁，早餐种类比较多，中西自助，也有炒菜和面条，前台服务员非常友善，积极协助寄存行李，这点必须点赞。

早餐好吃，配备齐全。洗衣房健身房都有。对于我们这种出差的人，特别方便。洗完还会给送到房间里。服务态度特别好。搭车也方便。晚上想出去逛逛，前台也会告知一些长沙著名景点，和小吃。有机会来出差还会来入住的。喜欢这个人文酒店。

房间精致舒适、明净整洁，色调雅致。很喜欢那个好似记忆绵类的枕头，睡得很舒服。房间默认2点退房，可安心用完午餐。前台小姐姐服务很耐心也很贴心👍👍👍，我在二楼时光里吃完午餐便退房赶高铁，小姐姐还很贴心的送上了一瓶矿泉水和薄荷糖。下次来继续入住。2楼时光里餐厅的湘菜很美味，我们第一天在这吃了晚餐后，第二天中餐大家一致决定继续在这吃。

交通方便，大厅有一些书可以借阅，还有奉茶。早餐也特别丰富。设施齐全，还有健身房洗衣房。房间卫生也做的特别仔细。前台服务员服务态度也好。简直是个宝藏酒店。下次还会来。

设施齐全，大厅还可以借书看。房间里也有书可以看。卫生也干净。前台服务员态度也非常好。给我介绍周边的设施环境。早餐也丰富。还有健身房。洗衣房，特别方便。出门打车，吃饭逛商场周边都有。下次还会来。
