环境挺好，给我们两张房卡，一张用来通电开空调，一张方便进出，我们订的是家庭亲子房，布置卡通、可爱😊，女儿很喜欢；值得称赞的是服务态度真的很赞👍，堪称五星！

酒店环境不错，服务很棒，早餐品种多，味道还可以。
去欢乐城雪域有电瓶车接送（电瓶车冬天最好搞个帘子就更好了😁）
游泳池水干净，温度适宜，安全员很负责。

这次入住真是惊喜之旅，第一次来大王山假日酒店，春节期间原以为价格会翻倍，但洲际大老板不差钱，还是保持着和谐的房价，这是第一惊喜。房间宽敞温馨，家庭套房有三张床，两个独立卫生间，特别适合家庭出游，这是第二惊喜。在一楼中餐厅定的年夜饭，环境，菜品，服务超出想象，还特意赠送了小点心，巧克力，开心果和一大盘饺子🥟，增添了浓浓年味，这是第三惊喜。和家人承包了整个健身房和游泳馆，尤其游泳馆，水质超干净，即使春节期间没有什么客人，依然保持恒温水温，各项设施完备，品质超高，这是第四惊喜。最大的惊喜和温暖还是来自酒店所有工作人员的热情贴心服务，他们肯定也不愿除夕夜与家人分开，但还是坚守岗位，用微笑给每一位客人提供至尊服务。配合去欢乐雪域疯玩一场，这个春节完美啦！

入住感受非常好，强烈推荐入住，晚上可以去游泳池免费游泳，旁边有湘江欢乐城很近，孩子玩得很开心。
