长沙五一广场戴斯温德姆酒店位于黄兴路步行街，十分繁荣富有人间烟火气，酒店属于设计师酒店，对细节有很高的要求，让人感觉舒适、方便，酒店乾净衞生，酒店离地铁站也很方便。离五一广场也很近。

酒店地址位置很好，就在黄兴路步行街，出门就是闹市，步行取坡子接都很方便。房间不临街，对着后面马路很安静。就是酒店自己隔音差了点，外面走道声音很响。早餐简单了点，不过也够了，位置是王道。有送火宫殿的臭豆腐票，正好要去消费了挺划算的。
