艺龙五年来住过最差的酒店。房间号是1202，当晚好声音决赛，电视调到浙江台，声音超小，打电话一个服务员过来看了一下说自己解决不了，要找专门的工作人员，后来，一整晚，就再也没有人过来，电话是坏的，自己过一会儿就突然出现免提状态，滴声一直响个不停，无奈拔电话线睡觉。浴室的上边是有漏水现象，水管周围是黑色的霉点，床下不知是谁住过呕吐了服务员没打扫干净，一股呕吐物的味道……退房当天打电话问问前台几点退房，第一句是网上订的都两点退房，然后问了房间号，立马就改成12点退房，且不承认。以后电话要录音，不妨君子防小人。对了，还有，明明是已经入驻，退房当天早上艺龙发来短信说我未入住......太糟糕的酒店，想生气住嘉柏。
