这家新开不久，设施很新，有点装修的味儿，打开窗户会好一些，早晨也丰富。
但是管理方面还有待提高。晚上去自助洗衣，居然看见有个洗衣机里在洗的是一双鞋！！缺德。立刻打电话投诉，等了20分钟左右没人过来处理。我又打了一次电话投诉，后续是怎样处理的未知。这种事情不好得罪客户的话很好处理，立刻把鞋取出直接扔掉，然后给洗衣机消毒。这样的客户应该进黑名单。
大概是雨季的原因，地下停车场有地下渗水，特别是靠里那一排，没有人处理。
停车场外的小路两边全是乱停乱放的车，进出酒店很容易剐蹭，其实只需要在出入口的马路边设置一些路障就好。
总之酒店很新，管理有待提高。

房间好大的味道，押金也不是退房后即时到账，我早上九点多退的，截止下午五点写评论仍未收到，别的酒店都是秒退。而且现在大部分酒店都不收押金了吧，房间里也没啥收费的东西

新开业的酒店，硬件条件还不错，地理位置也方便，梅溪湖的景色一收眼底。整体感觉很不错！提两点建议吧：1.新装修的酒店，大堂的气味还比较重，尽快想办法多通风（房间没有异味）；2.酒店管理团队还要把服务做到位，我们全家人进入酒店，没有听见一个工作人员跟我们大声说“欢迎光临”。直到我拿出身份证准备办入住了，才有人抬头看看我。虽然很忙，但是热情服务意识还是要有的。

房间比较新，干净。但因为是新盖好，外面地面粉尘比较多，地也不平。而且外面用餐只有一家，都是以预定房间的商务用餐方式，因而单价稍高。
